It is enriched with BCAA amino acids. which are the building blocks for protein building, thus supporting the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The combination of these essential amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) build approximately 33% of total muscle protein.

Instructions for use: Mix one scoop (35 g) with 300 ml of water. Use an electric or hand blender and drink immediately. To change the consistency of the drink, change the amount of water.
