People should ideally avoid factors that harm their bacterial balance. Unfortunately this proves a very difficult challenge in the 21st century. Alcohol, antibiotics, caffeine, contraceptives, canned foods full of fats and simple carbohydrates constitute only a small fraction of the factors that lead to disruption in the functions of healthy gut flora.

HAYA LABS 10 billion Acidophilus and Bifidus probiotic complex can help in cases of "good" bacteria loss (e.g. after taking antibiotics) by replenishing them. The product is designed to reduce the "bad" levels of bacteria in the system, responsible for infections and other health problems. It successfully balances the levels of "good" and "bad" bacteria and also maintains the proper functioning of processes within the body.

Lactobacillus acidophilus (6 billion) and Lactobacillus paracasei (600 million) stimulate metabolism and the accumulation of substances in the small intestine. They also protect the body against mucus infections.

Bifidobacterium bifidum (2.8 billion) and Bifidum bacterium tongum (600 million) inhabit the large intestine and protect the body against viral infections by stimulating the immune system.
