Instructions for use:
- Up to 80 kg body weight: Take 1 scoop (5 g) daily, 30 minutes before exercise.
- Between 80 kg and 100 kg body weight: Take 2 scoops (10 g) a day, 30 minutes before exercise.
- More than 100 kg body weight: Take 2 scoops (10 g) a day, 30 minutes before exercise, and 1 scoop (5 g) 2 hours after physical activity.
Recommended Daily Dosage: 3 scoops (17 g).
