Carnosyn es a dipeptide formed from the combination of beta alanine and L-histidine.
Carnosine is used in sport to reduce muscle fatigue and therefore increase physical performance, thanks to its ability to neutralise the acidity produced by the increased concentration of lactic acid during training.
L-Arginine promotes protein synthesis, acts as a vasodilator precursor of nitric oxide (NO), supports recovery and physical performance
Vitamins C and B6 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue while caffeine helps to increase endurance, concentration and alertness.
Recommended daily dose: 11.6 g (1 and ¾ scoops).
Instructions for use: Mix 11.6 g (1 and ¾ scoops) 45 minutes before physical activity with 200 ml of water. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
