This drink contains a high vitamin B content, citrulline, caffeine, taurine, beta-alanine and other active ingredients that provide a range of physical performance benefits:

• CarnoSynA dipeptide consisting of beta-alanine and L-histidine, which is used in sport to reduce muscle fatigue, thereby increasing physical performance by neutralising the acidity produced by lactic acid during training.
