NA-R-ALA 60 Caps Amix™ Nutrition

NA-R-ALA is pure natural R-alpha lipoic acid and an active isomer of lipoic acid, which is easily synthesised and metabolised by the body. R-ALA is twice as effective as normal alpha lipoic acid.

Alpha lipoic acid is known as the "universal antioxidant due to its unique solubility in both water and fat. It has the ability to conserve and prolong the life of the vitamins C and E in the body, increasing its effectiveness

NA-R-ALA  has this ability to combat the effects of free radicals.

 

Recommended Daily Dosage: 2 capsules.

Instructions for use: Take 1 capsule in the morning with 200 ml of water at breakfast and 1 capsule with 200 ml of water at lunch.
