WHAT IS THE DAILY DOSE?
Dissolve 30 g (1 scoop) in water, milk or vegetable drink of choice (200 ml - 250 ml). Take 1-2 times a day, preferably at breakfast and after training depending on individual requirements.

Whey protein concentrate (Lacprodan® SP-8011 instant) (contains SOYA lecithin as emulsifier), chopped speculoos CAKE (4%) [WHEAT flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm*, rapeseed), brown sugar syrup, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, SOYA flour, salt and cinnamon], flavourings, cinnamon powder (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl), sweetener: sucralose and DigeZyme® - multi-enzyme complex (maltodextrin, alpha amylase, lactase, cellulase, protease and lipase).
